Korean Women and Plastic Surgery

Have you noticed any similarities in facial appearance of Korean women? Look close. “Eyelid lift surgery” is most commonly used which most Caucasians don’t know much about. This surgery is used among Korean women to make their slant eyes to look more “American.” Before I go any further, let me tell you plastic surgery has also been common among Korean men. As we all know, Asian females don’t have the hips and breasts that most Caucasian women have (yet some are “too” big) and Asian women admire such “big comfort zones.” Asian women dedicate lots of commitment to overcome their “insecurities” by wearing Ferragamo hills, Louis Vuitton bags, Christian Dior shirts, and by changing the look of their face. Korean celebrities get plastic surgery regularly and try not to show they did but since it’s so popular among everyone, celebrities tend to get credit for telling the truth to the public. It is not very hard to say almost “every” (female) Korean celebrity’s done it and the most significant thing is that Koreans have tendency to follow what’s meant to be “cool” or “popularized.” Don’t be surprised if you see your Korean friend with more “Americanized” features. But try not to mention it because they get super embarrassed (it is usually a secret) and will probably deny everything anyway. If you are planning to marry a Korean woman, don’t be too surprised if the new-born baby doesn’t resemble your lady in facial apperance.

I hope I don’t get in trouble like Oprah did. But let’s not blame Oprah. Let’s be realistic – http://english.chosun.com/w21data/html/news/200410/200410130018.html
